Orange peel, fresh strawberry, cucumber, mint, dill, pea-shoots, aniseed and of course juniper. It's 48% and I think it's perfect severed with ice or as a martini and whilst we haven't had time to experiment with a host of tonics yet, it worked well with a simple fever tree natural. To garnish, I'd suggest some cut fresh strawberry and lemongrass shavings......it really is Summer in a glass.
