Portugal is producing wines of brilliant quality for great value. Quinta do Espinho are based in the Douro Valley, with plantings of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Barroca and Tinta Roriz predominating. The Macedo Pinto family has a long history of viticulture in the Douro Valley with records dating back to 1755. Since 1999, the winemaking has been under the guidance of Jean-Hugues Gros who has a wealth of winemaking experience from working in Burgundy, Champagne, California and the Douro. We have selected one of each of their best reds to best show off their range.
