2022 Chateau Bellini Rose
Chateau Bellini is a winery where history, terroir, and modern techniques combine to produce extraordinary vins de Provence. Our vineyard occupies approximately 35 hectares of chalk and clay terraces which are covered in small stones and surrounded by oak forests. This region has a continental climate of hot dry summers with cool nights followed by relatively cold winters with substantial frost and pleasant days. These ideal conditions have lead to its long tradition of wine making. A blend of Grenache and Cinsault. Intense aromas of red berries, white stone fruit with subtle spice on the finish.
2022 Chateau la Mascaronne Rose
At the heart of the Cotes du Provence region lies Château La Mascaronne, just outside the medieval village of Le Luc. Château La Mascaronne Rosé is a true terroir Rosé. A blend of Grenache and Cinsault, but also Syrah, Rolle and Mourvèdre, are harvested at optimum maturity. Delicious as an aperitif or during a meal in its youth, Château La Mascaronne Rosé has the particularity of being able to keep for several years. Its pretty typical Provençal color, a luminous pink, reflects its aromatic character. On tasting, the wine reveals all the complexity and freshness of the fruit.
2022 Chateau des Ferrages Roumery Rose
the Château des Ferrages domain is in Pourcieux, halfway between Aix-en- Provence and Saint-Maximin, in the prime plots of the Sainte-Victoire appellation. A blend of Syrah, Grenache, Vermentino and Cinsault. Harvest is carried out by machine at night to preserve freshness and aromas. This rosé is the result of direct pressing and stabulation on the fine lees. Fermentation is temperature-controlled. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a low temperature. Ageing is carried out in stainless steel vats. A fresh and fruity aromatic Rose with aromas of strawberry, grapefruit, citrus and peach. This Rose is fresh and full on the palate.
