A wonderful Cremant from the Loire, made from a blend of Chenin and Cabernet Franc.  This elegant white cremant has notes of lemon balm, hazelnut and almond in a soft, silky body. It is aged two years on the lees to build up the flavours.

Enjoy this brilliant effort as an aperitif or with that most classic of French dishes, snails in a wonderful garlic/parsley butter, with fresh baguette.........mais oui!!
