2019 Cantalupo Nebbiolo Colline Novaresi Agamium
The Nebbiolo grapes for this wine are hand-harvested in October from the vineyards of Carella, Baraggiola an Valera. The wine is aged in Slavonian oak (60 hl) for 12 months. The wine is delicate and pretty. There are aromas of ripe cherry and cranberry, with a floral note. Medium body and bright acidity. A great wine for pasta, cheeses or red meats. (91 points - Vinous)
2021 Ghiaccio Forte Morellino di Scansano
The 2021 vintage was produced from 100% Sangiovese grapes. The grapes are harvested by hand at the point of optimal ripeness, followed by careful selection and destemming. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks with around two weeks of skin contact. The wine is powerful, yet silky and bears the hallmark traits of a grand Sangiovese from Scansano. Combining freshness and structure with a notable maritime influence, elegant cherry fruit and a savoury element give a perfect balance between earthiness and ripe red fruits. 2018 Vignano Frateli Fanucci L'Unico Chianti
A blend of 80% Sangiovese and 20% Syrah, aged for 12 months in oak barriques.This charming Chianti is medium-bodied with aromas of bright cherry, caramel, violet and lavender. (90 points - James Suckling)
2022 Monte Tondo Soave Mito
The Garganega grapes are hand harvested in the beginning of September. After being de-stemmed and crushed, the free run juice and is fermented separately from the rest but all in stainless steel before blending. The wine remains in stainless steel tanks on the fine lees for a short period before being bottled. The delicate nose has hints of almonds, blossoms and citrus. Clean fruit flavors with nicely balanced acidity and the typical Soave minerality. A really well executed wine.
2021 Fondo Indizeno Sauvignon Friuli
Fondo Indizeno's vineyards are spread over three villages in the Colli Orientali del Friuli, which were chosen due to their excellent quality terroir. The vines benefit from a Mediterranean climate, with continental influences, hot summers, cold winters and dry autumns. The Sauvignon Blanc grapes are hand-harvested at the end of September. Vinified entirely in stainless steel tanks, the wine is bottled with a light filtration.

Caiaffa is located Cerignola, a coastal town in the beautiful Tavoliere delle Puglie, northern Puglia. The Caiaffa Fiano is a lively and fresh white wine, with delicate flavors and aromas of ripe citrus fruit, stone fruits and white flowers. Great acidity and well balanced with a lovely long finish.
