2020 Holden Manz Vernissage
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon Matured for 18 months in old oak. Aromas of raspberries, cherries, mulberry, cigar box, white peppercorns and strawberry sherbet. Beautiful ripe, soft and silky tannins with good balance and a lingering finish and prominent flavours of cassis, ripe raspberries, tobacco, herbaceous notes and graphite.
2018 Holden Manz Big G
A blend of 77% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Cabernet Franc, 7% Merlot. A nose of ripe dark fruit, graphite, cassis, a subtle herbaceousness, nuances of blueberry and thyme backed with hints of cedarwood and graphite. Soft, voluptuous integrated tannins with a rich creamy cassis freshness. Silky smooth with a finish which is full of dark fruit and long lingering flavours.
