A white wine made from the indigenous Hungarian grape, Zenit, an early ripening grape variety. The grapes were harvested manually from 25 year old vines, fermented at low temperature to keep the fresh aromatic characteristics of the varietal. The wine then spends 6 months on it's fine lees.
There are aromas of white flowers, lemon, honey, apple, pear and ripe pineapple. The palate is juicy with a richer, defined structure making this wine the perfect pairing for fish and vegetable dishes.
