2x Hillside Cabernet

“A complex blend, mainly from Yallingup Hills plus a small percentage from Wilyabrup, 92% cabernet sauvignon, 5% merlot and 3% malbec, vinified separately, matured in French oak (20% new) for 16 months. An amazing expression of modern style, in particular Yallingup. Densely coloured, it explores sombre black fruits, then breaking free and fresh on the finish. An exceptional bargain. Trophy Best Cabernet Perth Wine Show '19.” - 96 Points, James Halliday’s Wine Companion 01/11/2020

2x Hillside Chardonnay

“Primarily from the southern Margaret River Rowe Road Vineyard, whole-bunch pressed and fermented and aged in French barriques, 20% new. Dials things up a notch from the Estate chardonnay, with an extra degree of richness in the fruit and slightly more oak impact. Outstanding depth and length of flavour with a lingering aftertaste.” - 95 Points, James Halliday’s Wine Companion 01/11/2020

1x Chardonnay Reserve

“Primarily from the southern Margaret River Rowe Road Vineyard, whole-bunch pressed and fermented and aged in French barriques, 20% new. Dials things up a notch from the Estate chardonnay, with an extra degree of richness in the fruit and slightly more oak impact. 1x Cabernet Reserve

“From the original vineyard planted in '87, the wine matured in new and used French oak for 18 months. This is high-quality, autocratic cabernet, with blackcurrant, earth and bay leaf on the bouquet and palate alike. It's minimalist winemaking, allowing the fruit maximum room to speak.” - 97 Points, James Halliday’s Wine Companion 01/11/2020
