At the heart of the Cotes du Provence region lies Ch. La Mascaronne, just outside the medieval village of Le Luc.

2020 is the first vintage under the new management of Michel Reybier, who took this property over from Tom Bove (ex-Miraval) just last year.  Now Michel also owns Chateau Cos d’Estournel, one of Bordeaux's most sought after properties, Champagne Jeeper and from Hungary, Tokaj-Hétszölö.  In addition to these wine projects, he also owns a range of stunning hotels/apartments and even beauty products, all found at Michel Reybier Hospitality

So, how is year one under Reybier?

It's even better, with a glowing review from Vinous and more critical acclaim to come I am sure - Bravo!

92/100 Vinous
Shimmering salmon skin. Mineral- and spice-accented red berry and pit fruit scents are complemented by a suave floral topnote. Silky and focused on the palate, offering lively strawberry, blood orange and nectarine flavors that open up slowly with air. Shows fine definition and strong persistence on the penetrating finish, which leaves repeating pit fruit and mineral notes behind.
