2x 2022 Domaine Guillaman Colombard Sauvignon
The Domaine de Guillaman is a wine estate that lies in Gascony on hillsides and has been in the Ferret family for six generations. This blend of Colombard (80%) and Sauvignon Blanc (20%) is pale yellow with beautiful glints of green, and brilliantly clear. The bouquet is bright and fresh with plenty of fruit (grapefruit, lychee, passion-fruit) and a hint of acacia.
2x 2022 Estandon Le Rollier IGP Rose
Le Rollier Rose is light, fresh and incredibly easy to drink - we proved as much during our rigorous testing. It opens with classic notes of grapefruit, strawberry and a little white peach, finishing with moreish acidity and a hint of spice. You would be hard pushed to tell, as we were, that this is not Côtes de Provence, until you see the price!
2x 2021 Claude Vialade Le Carignan
The Claude Vialade winery is family-run and is based in the Cotes-Catalanes area in the Languedoc. An organic wine produced from 50 year old Carignan vines. The wine is dark in colour, medium bodied with plenty of ripe fruit and notes of black pepper and other spices. Great for pairing with grilled meats, sausages and cheese.
