Located in the North-West of France on the border with Germany, Alsace is a hidden gem. Primarily celebrated for its aromatic white wine production of Riesling, Muscat, Pinot Gris and Gewurtzraminer, but also small production of Pinot Noir. We've put together a case of our favourite Alsace wines. They're simply delicious! Great as aperitifs or with white fish, sushi and Thai curries.

2016 Gewurztraminer Les Elements Domaine Bott-Geyl

Intense spicy and exotic notes are present in this well-balanced, elegant wine. Drink as an aperitif or with cheese, spicy food and Asian cuisine such as sweet and sour dishes.

2016 Pinot Noir Rolly Gassmann Alsace

Delicious, elegant lifted dark red fruit, a touch of "fruits of the forest", a little note of vegetation and an wonderfully elegant style of fruit.  On the palate the wine opens beautifully with the Rolly Gassman texture and soft, supple tannins.

2017 Pinot Gris Les Elements Domaine Bott-Geyl

A lovely full bodied, round and creamy mouthfeel with lots of aromatic fruit. It's dry, elegant and well balanced. Drink with roasted white meats, lightly spiced cuisine or creamy cheeses.

2018 Domaine Bott-Geyl Points Cardinaux Metiss

Metiss is a rich, aromatic, well-balanced white made up of 40% Pinot Blanc, 40% Pinot Auxerrois, 10% Pinot Gris and 10% Pinot Noir. A deep, clear, fruity and vivacious wine full of elegance, mineral expression and aging potential.

2018 Riesling Les Elements Domaine Bott-Geyl

Racy and crystalline with a fine acidity and citrus fruits on the palette.

2019 Riesling Domaine Dirler-Cade

This is sourced from vineyards in the Grand Cru sites of Spiegel et Kitterlé, making it an incredible deal for a "basic" Riesling (without Lieu-Dit or Grand Cru designation). Stones and white flowers on the nose, with laser-like acidity on the palate, and only a hint of fruit. Up to a year of lees aging gives the wine nice density and length. It's at a great spot for drinking now, and will likely improve for many years to come.
