They work with 17 hectares of vines in total.\u003cbr\u003eThe chateau is certified organic and in fact working biodynamically since 2015, with no chemicals used in the vineyards and an emphasis on herbal treatments and working in tandem with lunar cycles.\u003cbr\u003eThe grapes are sorted three times to only keep the healthiest bunches. The whole bunches are vatted and after few days, the fermentation starts naturally with indigenous yeasts. Regular pigeage and remontage is carried out to extract colour and tannins.
