2021 Fritz Willi Riesling

The Riesling grapes are sourced from the steep slatey soils of the Saar and Mosel. After careful picking and selection, the grapes are fermented in 100 litre oak Fuder and stainless steel - both parts blended later to add complexity.

Fragrant aromas of ripe apricot and citrus and more ripe stone fruit on the palate along with a clean, saline minerality and a zesty lemon sherbert character. The style is appealingly off-dry with a well-balanced, crisp finish.
