2020 Ventoux Vieilles Vignes

Domaine de Font-Sane, established in 1860, lies in the heart of the Gigondas vineyards. The Domaine is about sixteen hectares and has the rich resource of five different soil types: clay-limestone, pebbly, sandy, alluvium and sandy loam. This varied terroir gives the wines breadth and definition.

The Ventoux Vieilles Vignes is bright purple in colour; the nose is rich and intense underlined by hints of black fruit, pepper and floral aromas; the palate is smooth rounded with supple tannins and very silky for an easy drinking red Ventoux.
