The wine is then aged for 12 months in oak barrels in limestone cellars. Rich blackcurrant and plum aromas with subtle hints of spice and vanilla. On the palate, it reveals a smooth texture with well-integrated tannins, showcasing flavours of ripe dark fruits, cocoa, and a touch of oak.
