Pinot Noir sourced from a handful of vine- yards in the Overberg region, where good soils (predominantly clay/shale and quartz/ sandstone) and cool growing conditions produce rich and perfumed Pinot. Wild yeasts & 40-60% whole clusters are used and the wines spend about 30 days on skins. Shows of bright pomegranate, hibiscus and red currants with exotic wood and juniper tones. A lift on the palate of fruit and citrus zest. The finish has a touch of spice and earthiness.
