This delicious Cabernet Sauvignon was fermented in both stainless steel tanks and oak barrels. The wine was then matured in neutral French oak, to let the characteristics of the fruit shine through. There are aromas of dark cherry, plum, baking spice and vanilla. The wine is medium-bodied, well structured with soft tannins and a plush fruity finish.
