This Pinot Noir stems from 30 years old grapevines grown on clayey loam with lime decomposition rock.
Aromas of cherry, plum, blueberries, black currant and hints of marzipan and vanilla. Dense tannin balanced with fine structured acidity. Goes very well with braised ox cheeks, venison or chocolate tarte.
