The Hommage a l'Alsace Single vineyard is grown on the steepest north-west facing slopes on the Estate, which take the full brunt of the wind, sun and heat. The four noble varieties of Alsace; Gewurtztraminer, Muscat, Pinot Gris and Riesling are planted side-by-side. Hand-picked in a single day: Vin de Terrior is the style.
On the palate the wine is balanced, the mouth feel is round and has a perceived sweetness.
