Pinot Noir Rhone

Stretching along the riverbanks from Lyon in the north to the Mediterranean port of Marseille, the Rhône wine region is a sun-soaked area that’s grown to be the second-largest producer of AC wines in France. Vines have been grown here since Roman days, and the area now produces a wide range of wines from easy-drinking everyday blends to some of the world’s most prestigious wines (Châteauneuf-du-Pape, for example, being something of a byword for excellence).

This is a region that’s also noted for its food, so it’s no surprise to find that wines produced here make good accompaniments to the dinner table. Among our collection of Rhône wines you’ll find both reds and whites of excellent quality at all price levels, with some great deals to be had on cases.
