The winery is located at the foot of the Nine Peaks Mountains in Laixi, hence the name.\u003cbr\u003eAt present, it mainly grows the grape varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc,\u003cbr\u003eCabernet Gernischt, Marselan, Petit Verdot, Merlot, Syrah, Alibernet, Chardonnay and Petit\u003cbr\u003eManseng.  \u003cbr\u003eChateau Nine Peaks is not only popular among Chinese consumers, but also exported to\u003cbr\u003eFrance, Britain, Germany, Czech Republic, Austria, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Japan and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.  \u003cbr\u003eThe critically acclaimed Provence style this rosé is an award winner it scored 91\/100 points in James Suckling’s Chinese wine Awards, a gold medal in France’s international wine report, and a gold award in the Asia Wine and Spirits Awards by sommeliers.\u003cbr\u003eFrom sand and gravel soil of Tsing Tao, this dry rosé is made with 68% Petit Verdot, 17% Syrah, 10% Cabernet Franc and 5% Marselan. Grapes are harvested and sorted twice only by hand, with direct pressing of the grapes and fermentation in small sized steel vats at 14 to 16\u003cbr\u003edegrees C. \u003cbr\u003eTasting Note: a bright salmon rose with aromas of ripe peach, fresh pear and a hint of\u003cbr\u003ecream. The palate is energised by bright acidity revealing notes of grapefruit and citrus\u003cbr\u003ecomplemented by a subtle herbal nuance.
