Three generations of the Gautheron family have previously been involved with cultivating vines, and it is this heritage that inspired Isabelle to create Domaine des Quatre Chemins in 2016. The firm, which is based on part of the family vineyard, operates 5.6 hectares of land on the right bank of the Serein river.
